Virtual Water Cooler Meetup on Jan 24: Reflections on Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.’s Legacy

The purpose of the Engineer Inclusion Virtual Water Cooler Meetups is to network, connect, and learn. Each event, meant to simulate informal office chats, has a central topic and this month’s topic will be Reflections on Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr’s legacy.

Virtual Water Cooler

Let’s simulate the informal chats that used to happen around the office coffee maker, snack machine, or water cooler. Virtual Water Cooler events are a time to take a break and casually chat and network with others from the Engineer Inclusion Network.

If you aren’t a member of the Engineer Inclusion Network, it is free to join.

This event’s topic:

Reflections on Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr’s legacy.

One week after MLK Day, let’s gather to share what we’ve been thinking about, considering, learning, or acting upon lately as it relates to racial justice.

What to expect:

You can pop in and say hi, or join us for the full 30 minutes.  It is a casual and informal opportunity to meet new people or catch up with those you might know.

This event is open to anyone.

Our gatherings are usually small, so if you are new, we hope you will join us! If you have never attended an event and are perhaps a bit nervous, I’d be happy to meet you anytime to help you get plugged in.
