Engineer Inclusion

Dallas College Feature and Distinguished Alumni Award

I’m featured in a recent Dallas College article, “Alum Advocates for Equity in Engineering,” where my work in advocating for more inclusive environments in STEM fields is highlighted. Additionally, I’m honored to have been named a 2023 Distinguished Alumni by Dallas College, recognizing my efforts in education and equity in engineering.

The article explores my transition from an engineer to an educator and the founder of Engineer Inclusion, focusing on making STEM careers accessible to women and people of color. It also touches on my educational background and my experiences with Dallas College’s unique business programs, which have been instrumental in my continuous learning and advocacy work.
