Inclusive Leadership Reflection Tool with a Strengths-based Growth Continuum

The journey to becoming an inclusive leader is ongoing, challenging, and rewarding. There is always more to learn, and it isn’t easy to quantify the opportunity for improvement. In this post, I share a six-stage, strengths-based growth continuum as a tool for reflecting on each component of the inclusive leadership development model. Watch a webinar and download a free tool at the bottom of this page.

Are you an inclusive leader?

The strengths-based growth continuum helps us consider how we can evolve into inclusive leaders. In the downloadable tool, you can reflect on each component of the inclusive leadership development model across the continuum. In addition, there are prompts to identify evidence of our current practices, and set goals for growth.
