Join us on November 14 for How to Communicate Effectively Across Cultures and Styles.

2020 has undoubtedly surprised us all. The year started by ushering me into an exciting professional chapter that has fallen in parallel with a tragic season felt worldwide. The pandemic has exposed many social inequities and leaves us with many questions and more challenges.

It is fair to say that this season is a new chapter for us all, and a revitalized opportunity to challenge the status quo. I believe that we can intentionally create equitable and inclusive environments that support people and drive success. However, we must take collective action to drive systemic change.

TWO TAKEAWAYS:

  1. I invite you to read my latest web post. There you will learn more about my new business, Engineer Inclusion, and what we are doing to inspire awareness and initiate action towards social change.
  2. I also introduce and invite you to join Elevate Inclusion: a collaborative and inclusive network for people with a heart for diversity, equity, and inclusion.

As we all adjust to the new realities in life, education, and the workforce, please let me know if there is any way that I can serve you.

Wishing you health and peace,
