After 15 years of consulting, I’m returning to my engineering roots in a new role at NVIDIA. While services are winding down, the heart of this work—fostering inclusion and driving meaningful change—remains a core part of who I am. Political headwinds prompted this pivot, but the mission lives on in my new book, Magic Mirror—both a Hail Mary and my Magnum Opus.
