The Intentionally Engineer Inclusion™ Program is a cohort-based semi-asynchronous program that runs for four months at the beginning of each year. This is for anyone interested in expanding their leadership capacity by building practices and employing skills that facilitate equity, inclusion, and belonging for others.
Equip members of tenure review committees with knowledge, skills, and practices for reducing barriers and supporting employees, particularly those who have marginalized or minoritized identities.Â
We help people intentionally and systematically engineer equity and inclusion into their organizations: driving positive outcomes and effectively supporting employees and the community.
We acknowledge that we gather as Engineer Inclusion in Orange, Texas, on the unceded land of the Ishak (Atakapa), Koasati (Coushatta), and Alabama Peoples. Colonizers excised these indigenous groups from their traditional land through forced removal. We honor with gratitude the land itself and the people who have stewarded it throughout the generations.
