⚠️ A Business Update, June 2025
After 15 years of consulting, I’m returning to my engineering roots in a new role at NVIDIA. While services are winding down, the heart of this work—fostering inclusion and driving meaningful change—remains a core part of who I am. Political headwinds prompted this pivot, but the mission lives on in my new book, Magic Mirror—both a Hail Mary and my Magnum Opus. The many free resources I've made to help you create cultures where people and progress thrive are still available to support your efforts. Thanks for all of your support along the way.
