Our Typical Coaching Method
- Engagements are 4 to 6 months long
- Includes an intake call where we co-create an agreement that outlines goals and objectives. (This is different from an exploratory call to determine fit.)
- Includes six structured 1-1 hour long sessions
- Includes a custom learning and development plan based on goals and objectives
- Includes email and text support, as well as informal phone/video support as needed, within reason.
